The Diocese of Lismore seeks a motivated Technology Services Support Specialist to join the ICT Team in Lismore.
You will provide first-line Technology and Business Systems support to clients across diverse sites and services.
As part of the Service Desk, you will troubleshoot end-user devices, assist with systems, manage incidents, and help onboard/offboard users.
In office and remote support are required, with after-hours on-call as needed.
