Job Description

University of Queensland Union is seeking a motivated Chef de Partie to join our hospitality team at St Lucia. This casual role offers up to 38 hours during peak periods, with a schedule on Monday, Thursday, and Friday based on business needs.

Reporting to the Head Chef, you will contribute to high-standard food production, maintain hygiene, and mentor junior kitchen staff in a rapid-paced setting.
