Sheet Metal Superintendent
to lead field operations and ensure HVAC and sheet metal projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
What You'll Do
Coordinate daily field activities, manpower, materials, equipment, and installation schedules.
Oversee HVAC ductwork and sheet metal installation from layout through completion.
Monitor installation quality, productivity, and jobsite safety.
Identify and resolve field issues to keep projects moving forward.
Ensure work is completed according to plans, specifications, applicable codes, and company quality standards.
What We're Looking For
as a Foreman or Journeyman, .
Hands-on knowledge of HVAC ductwork and sheet metal installation.
Strong crew leadership and field-management skills.
Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and jobsite safety.
No Journeyman license required.
