White Industries is a metal casting and machining business with large manufacturing facilities in Dalby and Ipswich, Queensland.
The HR & HSEQ Officer oversees human resources across a growing workforce and coordinates safety, compliance, and training to maintain ISO **** certification.
The role reports to the Head of Operations and Finance, is based onsite at Ipswich, with occasional travel to other sites, and aligns with a 38-hour production schedule.
