Àerre is recruiting a Retail Store Manager to lead one of our Brisbane kiosks at Queens Plaza, Carindale or Indooroopilly.
You will drive daily sales, coach a small team on the shop floor and ensure an exceptional fragrance experience for every customer.
We are seeking a sales-focused leader with lockdown on targets, robust coaching skills and the ability to build a high-energy, customer-centric team.
Weekends and peak periods are required.
Fragrance passion is a plus.
