This fixed-term, full-time role runs until 22 May **** and is based at the Darlington Campus.
As Campus Connect Consultant you will deliver excellent customer service across phone, email, web, remote, face-to-face and self-service channels, handling enquiries from staff and students with professionalism and a solid focus on a positive experience.
