Job Description
Bolton Clarke Group in Toowoomba, QLD, is seeking a Maintenance Team Leader to manage hands-on repairs, upkeep of Westhaven Retirement Village and Residential Aged Care home, Monday–Friday.
You will lead site maintenance staff, manage contractor work, budgets, records and compliance with aged care safety standards.
The role requires knowledge of maintenance procedures, contractor management, and a Certificate IV or equivalent experience, with a current driver's licence and explicit police/NDIS
