Job Description
Fighting Chance is seeking dedicated Support Workers to join our SDA home project Casa Vivus, delivering person-centred care to residents in two houses on-site and in the community.
You will enable residents to live independently, with compassionate and values-driven support.
The role requires flexibility across shifts and a commitment to ongoing training, including NDIS-related and housemate-focused programs, within a supportive team setting.
