Job Description
ESS provides multi-service capability to major companies and organisations operating in remote sites, gold mines and coal fields.
We provide vital workplace support for people working in some of the most isolated terrains in the world, from oil rigs in the North Sea to gold mines in the Australian Outback.
Join the team at Groote Eylandt, NT working remotely on the largest island in the Gulf of Carpentaria.

We're seeking energetic, passionate, and experienced Health & Wellbeing Coordinators ready to elevate their careers in a unique and rewarding environment.
Working 7 days on, 7 days off with 12 hour shifts, you'll play a key role in fostering a thriving, healthy community in a remote setting.
The Position
Plan and deliver engaging social events on site
Assist with event management and coordination for site-wide activities
Conduct a variety of group fitness activities and classes for residents




Implement and assist in the coordination of company-wide health initiatives
Monitor and maintain all sporting, leisure and recreational activities / facilities on site
Conduct Health Assessments and Gym Inductions for residents
Provide educational seminars as required
Ensure communication and reporting processes are followed
The Person
A Certificate III and IV in Fitness, Diploma of Sport or related degree
Minimum 12 months experience in a similar environment
Current senior first aid and CPR certificate
Must have drivers licence and reliable transport
Passion for physical and mental health and fitness
Previous experience conducting group fitness activities and classes
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in technical aspects of gym and recreation facilities
High level focus on engagement with Clients and village residents
Health promotion background
Event management experience is highly desirable
