We're looking for an experiencedTechnical Business Analystto join a large enterprise technology team, working acrossSalesforce and Cybersecurity initiatives.
This is a hands-on BA role where you'll bridge business, technology and security teams, helping ensure Salesforce solutions are technically sound, secure and aligned to business requirements.
What you'll be doing
Elicit and document technical, business and security requirements
Analyse Salesforce configurations, workflows, flows, permission sets and sharing models
Review Salesforce integrations and identify security or operational risks
Support security assessments usingOWASP and NISTprinciples
Work closely with Salesforce Admins, Developers, Architects and Cybersecurity teams
Facilitate workshops and translate technical requirements into clear user stories
Support testing, release and deployment activities

What we're looking for
StrongTechnical Business Analysisexperience
Hands-onSalesforce administration/configurationknowledge
Understanding of Salesforce security, integrations and APIs
Foundational knowledge ofOWASP, NIST, IAM and cybersecurity risk
Strong requirements gathering, process mapping and workshop facilitation skills
Excellent stakeholder management across business and technical teams
Salesforce certifications and exposure to security certifications such asCompTIA Security+ or ISC2 CCwill be highly regarded.
