About the Role
As a resourcer, you'll play a critical role in identifying, engaging and managing healthcare professionals throughout the recruitment process.
This is a highly people-focused role where you'll develop relationships with candidates, understand their career aspirations and help connect them with exciting opportunities across the healthcare industry.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing candidate enquiries and job applications
Actively cold calling candidates, engaging them in a role or pitching an opportunity
Screening, searching and identifying candidates for opportunities
Building and maintaining talent pipelines
Coordinating interviews and candidate appointments
Providing a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Managing candidate records and activity within our CRM
Supporting Recruitment Consultants on active assignments
Conducting reference checks and candidate follow-up
Liaising with clients and stakeholders as required
Maintaining accurate administration and compliance records
About You
We're interested in speaking with individuals who enjoy working with people and have strong organisation and communication skills.
You may come from:
Recruitment or talent acquisition
Healthcare administration or medical centres
Pharmaceutical sales
Customer service or account management
Allied health or healthcare support environment
