Join our Community Spaces Branch and play a key role in shaping engagement strategies, improving processes and supporting critical business functions.What We're Looking ForTertiary qualification in Business Communications, Data Science or Project Management or extensive demonstrated experience in a relevant field.Experience in business performance management as well as community and stakeholder engagement best practice.Demonstrated ability to deliver small to medium projects including research, data analytics, scheduling, planning and coordination skills.High level skills in the areas of process improvement and business performance improvement.Strong skills in reporting, analytics, dashboards, PowerBI and similar data visualisation tools.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to engage with and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.What You'll Be DoingLead business improvement initiatives through analysis, process review,



stakeholder consultation and implementation of sustainable solutions.Manage projects from initiation through to implementation and evaluation, including scope, risks, issues, timelines and outcomes.Work across the Directorate and with internal stakeholders to identify and deliver continuous improvement opportunities that enhance customer outcomes.Facilitate workshops, consultation activities and information gathering to support project and business improvement outcomes.Provide professional advice and support to stakeholders on business improvement, reporting, systems and process enhancement.This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact on community engagement and business performance.
