We are seeking a commercially focused Finance Manager to join our Finance team on a full time permanent basis.
Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead a team of professionals while providing critical financial insight, business partnering and commercial support across the organisation.This role is responsible for leading budgeting and forecasting processes, delivering meaningful financial reporting, driving continuous improvement initiatives and partnering with operational leaders to support informed decision-making.You'll play a key role in identifying commercial opportunities, mitigating risks and ensuring the business achieves optimal outcomes for both City and our partners.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the annual budgeting and forecasting process across the businessDevelop accurate driver-based budgets and forecasts in partnership with stakeholdersIdentify financial risks and opportunities and implement mitigation strategiesDrive accountability and ownership of financial performance across business unitsContinuously improve budgeting processes, systems and reporting toolsDeliver timely,



accurate and meaningful financial reporting to internal and external stakeholdersProvide commercial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-makingDevelop business cases and financial models to support new initiativesMonitor business performance and identify opportunities for improved profitability and efficiencyProvide commercial challenge and support throughout project and operational initiativesLeadership & Stakeholder ManagementLead, mentor and develop a team of finance professionalsBuild strong relationships with operational leaders, senior management and key stakeholdersPartner with business units to deliver commercially sound outcomesInfluence decision-making through effective communication and strategic financial adviceFoster a collaborative, customer-focused and high-performing team environmentGovernance, Risk & Continuous ImprovementEnsure adherence to financial controls, compliance standards and corporate governance requirementsIdentify commercial and operational risks and support mitigation activitiesDrive continuous improvement across finance processes and reporting frameworksSupport internal and external audit requirementsMaintain strong financial governance and compliance practicesExperience & ExpertiseDegree qualification in Accounting, Finance or a related disciplineProfessional accounting qualification (CA, CPA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent)Proven experience in financial management,
