This is a pivotal role in the new home sales process which takes the client through the colour selection phase and creates specifications for the new home project.
Key responsibilities will include:Specifications of the new home builds with clientsEnd to end selections on recent residential projectsCreating specificationsManagement of the colour specification libraryLiasing with purchasing, construction, sales and the design teamSourcing materials and liaising with suppliersManagement of interior design specifications and final selections with Developers,
holiday parks and resortsThe successful candidateOur ideal candidate will demonstrate the following:Minimum 5 years interior design and colour selections experienceStrong residential building design and selections experienceExceptional communication and client management skillsAbility to juggle competing priorities and manage internal and external stakeholdersConfidence working with corporate businesses and managing b2b relationships with Developers and ResortsCreative design skills whilst understanding functional floor plan designOpportunity and BenefitsNorthside Brisbane location - established business over 40 yearsUnique role with broad scope and ownershipAttractive salary package *********k + Super!
