About the roleWe are seeking an experienced and energetic Restaurant Manager to lead our hospitality operations in the Moreton Bay Region, QLD.
This is a full-time position based on-site at our restaurant location.
As Restaurant Manager, you will be the driving force behind our establishment's success, responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences, managing day-to-day operations, and leading a talented team.
You will play a pivotal role in maintaining our reputation for excellence whilst driving profitability and customer satisfaction.
This is a strategic position that directly impacts the financial performance and brand reputation of our restaurant.Key responsibilitiesOversee all aspects of daily restaurant operations, including service delivery, food quality, and customer satisfactionLead, recruit, train and motivate front-of-house and back-of-house staff to ensure consistent service excellenceManage staff scheduling, rostering and ensure adequate coverage during peak trading periodsMonitor and control food and beverage costs, manage inventory and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising qualityMaintain compliance with health, safety and food hygiene regulations, and undertake regular auditsHandle customer complaints and concerns professionally, ensuring resolution and retentionDevelop and implement marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and loyaltyAnalyse financial performance, manage budgets and work towards revenue targetsFoster a positive team culture and support staff development and career progressionMaintain restaurant facilities,



equipment and ambiance to the highest standardsHandle Social Media Marketing and the Restaurants Booking Platform MarketingWhat we're looking forMinimum 3-5 years' experience in restaurant management or a similar hospitality management roleProven track record of successfully managing a restaurant team and delivering strong financial resultsExcellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and develop staffStrong knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards and hospitality industry regulationsProficiency in restaurant management systems and point-of-sale (POS) softwareSound financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control and P&L; managementCustomer service excellence and ability to handle challenging situations with diplomacy and professionalismFlexibility and willingness to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as requiredCertification in Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) or willingness to obtainFirst Aid certification or willingness to obtain is advantageousWhat we offerWe believe in supporting our employees and fostering a positive workplace culture.
