Trades & Technical marketDevelop and execute business development plans to drive revenue growthBuild strong relationships with hiring managers and decision-makersConduct market mapping, lead generation and networking activitiesPrepare and present tailored recruitment solutions and proposalsGrow and develop existing accounts through exceptional service delivery and strategic account managementRecruitment & Talent AcquisitionManage the full recruitment lifecycle for permanent and temporary opportunitiesIdentify, attract and place top Safety, Trades & Technical talentBuild engaged talent communities and proactive candidate pipelinesPartner with clients to provide market insights and tailored hiring solutionsEnsure compliance and onboarding requirements are managed efficientlyDeliver exceptional service to both clients and candidatesDesk & Relationship ManagementManage a hybrid desk across both permanent and temporary recruitment solutionsMaintain accurate candidate and client records within CRM systemsDrive client and candidate engagement through consistent communication and follow-upEnsure recruitment assignments are delivered to agreed service standards and timelinesContribute to achieving divisional revenue,
