Parts Interpreter / Parts Specialist – Earthmoving & Construction EquipmentOur client is a major player in the sales and hire of new and used capital equipment, with a strong presence across the Australian construction equipment market.With a national network of branches and one of the biggest names in the industry, this is an opportunity to join a highly qualified organisation that continues to experience significant growth.Due to continued expansion across their construction equipment and hire divisions in Brisbane, they are now looking for an experienced Parts Interpreter / Parts Specialist with strong industry knowledge to join the team.Our client is a major player in the sales and hire of new and used capital equipment, with a strong presence across the Australian construction equipment market.With a national network of branches and one of the biggest names in the industry, this is an opportunity to join a highly professional organisation that continues to experience significant growth.Due to continued expansion across their construction equipment and hire divisions in Brisbane, they are now looking for an experienced Parts Interpreter / Parts Specialist with solid industry knowledge to join the team.The RoleThis is a hands-on and customer-focused position where you will be responsible for supporting customers with their parts requirements and developing new parts opportunities across the Brisbane market.You will be required to:Identify and supply the correct parts for earthmoving and construction equipmentUnderstand customer technical and equipment requirementsDevelop and grow parts sales with existing and new customersProvide accurate parts identification, quoting and orderingBuild strong relationships with key customers and suppliersWork closely with the sales, service and hire teamsIdentify opportunities to increase parts sales and customer spendSupport customers with technical parts enquiries and solutionsMaintain a high level of customer service across the Brisbane regionIn this role you will be supporting the following machines –Site dumpersMobile CranesSpider cranesAccess EquipmentTelehandlersSkid SteersSpecialist equipmentKey requirements2 + Years in Earthmoving parts or related industries like Forklifts, Trucks, Agriculture equipment.Previous experience as a parts interpreterCareer driven with the mentality for career developmentWillingness to learnForklift licenceCurrent driver licenceIf you have experience with earthmoving or related equipment this would be a massive advantage.On offer is great salary package$85,000 - $90,000Superannuation 12.5%Car park SpaceCompany UniformTrainingMonday to Friday – 7:30am to 4:00pm – Full time Positionsplus also offer career development and training from the Parts Manager.
You will also be given training to develop ongoing skills that can see you step up your career into management within a short time frame.
