The Role
Reporting to the Head of Payroll, you will play a key role in the accurate and timely delivery of payroll services across a large employee workforce.
Working within a supportive team environment, your responsibilities will include:
End-to-end processing of a high-volume fortnightly payrollManaging new starter, employee change and termination documentationResponding to payroll-related enquiries from employees and stakeholdersProcessing salary adjustments,



employee maintenance and payroll amendmentsAssisting with month-end and year-end payroll activitiesMaintaining payroll records and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, awards and company policiesGeneral payroll administration and employee onboarding support
About You
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
Previous payroll experience within a high-volume environmentExposure to a large payroll system such as SAP, iChris, ADP or PayglobalStrong attention to detail and commitment to accuracyExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsStrong time management skills with the ability to meet competing deadlinesA proactive and team-oriented approach to work
