Based at Advancetown on the Gold Coast and reporting to our Director – People and Culture, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring our food service team at each of our locations (Gold Coast, Lennox Head, Glengarry, Noosa and our expedition programs) as they provide a calm and rewarding experience through varied, visually appealing and healthy meals at a reasonable cost in a clean and pleasant environment.
This role combines both the administrative and strategic elements of menu development, ordering and rostering, as well as the practical aspects of food preparation,
