Retail Safari is seeking a Regional Field Sales Manager to lead the Origin Energy Sales Program across NSW.
This hybrid role combines home-based work with an office in Sydney, overseeing team Leaders and BSRs to drive sales performance and meet KPI targets.You will develop and execute strategies to maximise results, manage SLAs, and collaborate with internal teams to achieve optimal commercial outcomes.
Energy sector experience is advantageous but not essential.
