CCS provides management of individuals on court orders, people who have committed serious sex offences on post sentence supervision and those on parole.About the role:Senior Parole Officers (SPOs) are responsible for delivering quality case management to a complex caseload of the highest priority individuals on parole - those who have committed serious sex offences or serious violent offences - under correctional supervision.
SPOs will be required to work autonomously and ensure that the management of individuals on parole under their supervision are case managed in line with the Victoria's Correctional Practice Framework.Key Responsibilities include:Effectively manage a complex caseload of the highest individuals who are subject to a Parole OrderApply sound professional judgement in the ongoing identification and assessment of individual risk, with a paramount consideration for community safetyInterview, assess, refer and direct prisoners on parole to attend various programs, which may include specialized services,
