employees and subcontractors to embed safe work practices and continually improve safety performance.You'll spend significant time in the field, providing practical safety advice, coaching teams and identifying opportunities to improve safety outcomes across a large-scale wind farm construction environment.Key responsibilitiesChampion a proactive health and safety culture across the projectProvide practical H&S; advice to project leaders, supervisors and frontline crewsConduct site inspections, audits, observations and compliance checksSupport incident investigations and implementation of corrective actionsMonitor compliance with WHS legislation, project requirements and company standardsAssist with risk assessments, SWMS reviews and safety planningSupport toolbox talks, pre-starts and safety initiativesIdentify hazards and drive effective risk controlsBuild strong relationships with subcontractors and project stakeholdersContribute to continual improvement of H&S; systems and processesAbout youYou are a practical and confident Health & Safety professional who enjoys being in the field and working directly with construction teams.To be considered, you must have:Solid Australian wind farm construction experience – essentialPrevious experience in a Health & Safety Advisor role on major construction, renewable energy or infrastructure projectsCertificate IV in Work Health and Safety or equivalentStrong understanding of Australian WHS legislationExperience conducting inspections,
