We are seeking an experienced IT Change & Configuration Manager to lead the governance, execution, and continuous improvement of Change Management and Configuration Management (CMDB) practices across our technology landscape.
You will play a key role in enhancing service stability, reducing risk, enabling faster delivery, and improving decision-making by embedding best-practice ITIL processes and driving operational excellence.Key responsibilitiesLead the end-to-end Change Management process in alignment with ITIL best practicesFacilitate Change Advisory Board (CAB) and Technical Review meetings, ensuring high-quality decision-making and effective stakeholder engagementEnsure all standard, normal, and emergency changes are assessed for risk, business impact, implementation readiness, scheduling conflicts, and rollback requirements prior to approvalEstablish and enforce configuration data standards, governance, and lifecycle managementDrive uplift initiatives to improve CMDB maturity, automation, and data qualityLead continuous improvement of ITSM processes, with a focus on Change and Configuration Management maturity upliftDefine and track KPIs, SLAs, and operational metrics,
