Workplace Investigator (Part or Full Time)You will join Worklogic's Sydney team as a Workplace Investigator (Consultant/Principal Consultant).
Each day will be different as you liaise with a range of clients from various sectors across the public and private sector, not-for-profit and leading law firms.Key responsibilitiesEnd to end management of workplace investigations into employee misconduct, typically involving complaints of bullying, harassment, or discriminationCulture reviews and psychosocial risk audits, and developing realistic, practical, and sustainable recommendationsInternal projects such as ensuring our processes remain best practice and writing thought leadership piecesFacilitate face to face and virtual workshops on people and culture complianceAbout youExperience in a similar role or field and a willingness to learnAbility to confidently manage complex and sensitive matters with empathy and cultural awarenessMeticulous attention to detail,
