Job Description

Magenta Community Services - Toowoomba QLD is seeking an Experienced Female Support Worker to assist two female participants with highly complex needs using a 2:1 support model. You will deliver hands-on, person-centred care, support mobility, and implement PBS plans in a multidisciplinary team.

Essential duties include non-verbal communication, behaviour cue-reading, and community access, with a solid emphasis on overnight shifts and adaptable availability.
