Previous experience working in a Radiology practice setting would be highly desirable experience an advantage.

/nThis role will require: /n

Reception, welcoming and processing patients
/n
/n
Scheduling and managing patient appointments
/n
/n
Following up medical information with referrers, allied health and third parties
/n
/n
Managing telephoneenquiries
/n
/n
Supporting the Radiologists
/n
/n
Working with Radiographers/ Sonographers & Radiologists
/n
/n
/n
/nSkills and experience: /n
/n
/n
/n
High standards of personal presentation.
/n
/n
A professional, patient and courteous manner
/n
/n
Excellent telephone manner
/n
/n
Strong communication skills - written and verbal
/n
/n
Exceptional attention to detail
/n
/n
Knowledge of the Medical Benefits Schedule

Ability to work in a fast-paced setting

Strong multitasking and prioritisation capabilities
