About the Role /n
We’re looking for a highly organised, people-focused Client Services Coordinator to join our growing team.
/n
This is a client-facing role where you’ll be the first point of contact for many of our clients. You’ll play a key role in keeping things running smoothly — from answering phones and managing communication to supporting compliance, administration & client onboarding.

This is a full time role, but the hours can be flexible for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities /n
/n
Answer incoming calls and manage client enquiries
/n
Manage ATO correspondence and assist with lodgements (BAS, IAS, PAYG, etc.)
/n
Handle incoming and outgoing mail
/n
Assist with company setups and ASIC compliance
/n
Maintain accurate client records and communication logs
/n
Support Pod Managers and Accountants with day-to-day admin
/n
Follow up outstanding information and keep workflows moving
/n
AML Compliance
/n
New Client Onboarding
/n
About You /n
/n
Highly organised with solid attention to detail
/n
A confident communicator who enjoys working with clients
/n
Accounting firm experience
/n
Proactive and willing to learn
/n
Reliable and follows through on commitments
/n
Brings a positive attitude and enjoys being part of a team
/n
Nice to have (but not essential) /n

Exposure to ATO processes or compliance
/n
Accounts experience
