Job Description

Toowoomba Cardiac Centre in Toowoomba, Queensland is seeking a Medical Receptionist to join a busy specialist practice. You will be the first point of contact for patients, handling calls, emails and face-to-face interactions with professionalism.

This role requires accurate data entry, appointment scheduling, and preparation of clinic and admission paperwork. Knowledge of health fund billing and Medicare is beneficial. Excellent English and confidentiality are essential.
