We are seeking customer-focused individuals to join a NSW Government service centre team as a Digital Service Representative. In this face-to-face role, you will support customers as first point of contact, provide guidance whilst using online services and technology and assist to create positive digital customer experiences.

About the role /n

/n
Provide skilled, friendly service to customers visiting the service centre, with a focus on guiding them to use digital channels.

/n
Assist customers with complex transactions, resolve complaints where possible, and escalated unresolved issues through the appropriate channels.

/n
Support customers to adopt online services by providing clear advice,



education and hands‑on assistance with digital tools.

/n
Monitor digital performance in the service centre and take initiative to drive usage and improve service outcomes.

/n

About you /n

/n
Proven experience in a customer-facing role (call centre, administration, retail or similar).

/n
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong email etiquette.

/n
Previous experience in an office environment with intermediate computer skills

/n
Technically savvy with the ability to quickly learn current systems and software.

/n
Own transport as travel between service centre locations may be required.

/n
