Richglen is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead major shutdowns and projects in Mackay, Central Queensland. You will oversee planning, execution, safety, quality, schedule and commercial outcomes, reporting to the Operations Manager – Shutdowns, and mentor Superintendents and project teams.
You will build robust client relationships, manage budgets and contracts, identify risks, and drive continuous improvement across the Shutdowns division in a quick-paced mining workplace.
