We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Tractor Operator to join a outstanding team in Toowoomba.

/n

This is a hands‑on role where you’ll spend time both in the warehouse and out on farms operating tractors and spraying gypsum across orchards and farming properties.

/n

We’re looking for someone with a great attitude and personality — someone who is happy to get stuck in, work hard and build good relationships with farmers and the wider team.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING: /n

/n
Operating tractors across various farms and orchards

/n
Spraying and spreading gypsum as required

/n
Travelling to farms throughout the local area

/n
Assisting with warehouse duties when required

/n
Loading, unloading and general yard/warehouse duties

/n
Working closely with farmers and customers

/n
Keeping machinery clean, safe and well maintained

/n
Following all workplace and safety procedures

/n
Jumping in and helping wherever needed

/n

ABOUT YOU: /n

/n
Previous tractor operating experience is highly regarded

/n




Confident and comfortable operating machinery

/n
Reliable and punctual

/n
Good attitude and a great personality

/n
Comfortable interacting with farmers and customers

/n
Happy to work both independently and as part of a team

/n
Willing to jump in and help with warehouse duties

/n
Physically fit and happy with a hands‑on role

/n
Safety conscious
