We're partnering with a well-established property investment manager to appoint an experienced Property Accountant into a key role supporting a high-quality commercial property portfolio.This prospect will suit someone who enjoys working closely with operations, understands the commercial drivers of property assets, and wants to take ownership across reporting, budgeting, forecasting and capital projects rather than simply producing month-end numbers.Working as part of a close-knit finance team, you'll be responsible for the end-to-end financial management of a commercial property portfolio (mainly retail).
You'll partner closely with Property Managers, Facilities, and marketing stakeholders to deliver accurate reporting, budgeting and forecasting, while ensuring strong financial controls and compliance across the portfolio.Key responsibilitiesMonthly management reporting, reconciliations and variance analysisPreparation of annual budgets and regular forecastsAccounting and reporting for capital expenditure projectsManagement of tenant billings, recoveries and outgoingsAnnual outgoings budgets, estimates and wash-upsReview and maintenance of lease and tenancy financial informationProperty performance analysis and reportingAudit, tax and compliance supportStakeholder engagement across finance,
