This is a key position within our practice, where you will play an integral role in delivering comprehensive conveyancing and property law services to our diverse client base.
You will manage a portfolio of property transactions, provide expert legal advice, and contribute to the continued growth and reputation of our firm under the supervision of principal solicitor.Key responsibilitiesConducting and managing residential and commercial property conveyancing transactions from initial instruction through to settlementPreparing and reviewing contracts for sale, transfer documents and other legal instruments relevant to property transactionsLiaising with clients, real estate agents, financial institutions, local councils and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transaction completionConducting property searches, title investigations and due diligence to identify potential legal risks or issuesAdvising clients on property-related matters including financing, tax implications, legislative requirements and contractual obligationsEnsuring compliance with relevant legislation,



regulations and professional standards throughout all transactionsMaintaining detailed file documentation and transaction records in accordance with practice proceduresManaging settlement processes, including financial reconciliations and post-settlement follow-upProviding support to junior staff members and contributing to the professional development of the teamWhat we're looking forAdmission as a Solicitor in New South Wales with current practising certificateAccreditation or eligibility as a Conveyancer in New South WalesMinimum of one years' post-admission experience in property law and conveyancing practiceDemonstrated expertise in residential and commercial conveyancing transactionsStrong knowledge of property law, land titles legislation and relevant conveyancing proceduresExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly to clientsMeticulous attention to detail and strong organisational skills to manage multiple transactions simultaneouslyProficiency with conveyancing software and legal practice management systemsThe ability to work independently whilst collaborating effectively within a team environmentA client-focused approach with commitment to delivering exceptional service standardsProfessional integrity and a commitment to upholding the highest ethical standards in legal practiceWhat we offerHarish Prasad & Associates is committed to creating a supportive and professional work environment in a small firm.
