Inscope Training is seeking a motivated and reliable qualified carpenter to join our team as a Trainer & Assessor on the Gold Coast.This role is ideal for an experienced carpenter who is looking to transition from on-the-tools work into a stable and rewarding training position, while continuing to use their industry skills and experience.The successful applicant will deliver carpentry training both in-house and in office, as well as support the delivery of Certificate II in Construction training.No prior training or teaching experience is required.

support and mentorship to apprentices and studentsContribute to the ongoing improvement of training and assessment practicesWork closely with the Inscope Training team to ensure students receive a high-quality training experienceWhat We're Looking ForWe are seeking applicants who:Hold a CPC***** – Certificate III in Carpentry or equivalentHold a current TAE qualification (TAE***** preferred, or an equivalent TAE qualification)Have current or recent industry experience in carpentryAre reliable, motivated and eager to develop their training careerHave strong communication and interpersonal skillsDemonstrate positive time management and organisationAre confident working independently and as part of a teamAre committed to maintaining professional standards and providing quality training to apprentices and studentsCertificate II in ConstructionThe successful applicant will also be involved in delivering Certificate II in Construction Pathways training.If you do not currently hold the Certificate II in Construction qualification, this is not a barrier to applying.
