Toodyay Road Project | DIDO | Accommodation ProvidedNRW Civil & Mining is seeking an experienced Senior HSE Advisor to join the Toodyay Road Upgrade Project.The project is delivering major road reconstruction and realignment, intersection upgrades, overtaking lanes, wider sealed shoulders and a new single-span bridge over Jimperding Brook.Working closely with site leadership, you will lead HSE delivery across complex road, earthworks and bridge construction, coach project teams and drive continuous improvement and legislative compliance.This is a DIDO opportunity with accommodation provided, offering a Monday-to-Friday day-shift roster.What You'll Be DoingImplement and maintain project HSE and training systemsCoach Supervisors and project teams in hazard identification and incident preventionLead incident investigations and corrective actionsConduct site inspections and auditsProvide practical HSE advice to project leadershipDeliver HSE education and training programsDrive continuous improvement and support NRW's "A Safe Day, Every Day" cultureMaintain HSE records, reporting and compliance documentationWhat You'll BringSubstantial HSE experience within civil construction or infrastructureExperience on Main Roads Western Australia projectsStrong safety leadership,
