An exciting opportunity is available for a highly organised, proactive and personable Executive Assistant to support the HR Director and provide broader coordination support to the HR Leadership Team and wider HR function.
This is a 12 months contract with solid potential of on-going extension.This is a fantastic entry point into the world of HR, offering exposure to strategic decision-making, senior stakeholder engagement and the inner workings of a high-performing HR team.You'll gain valuable experience while developing foundational skills that can support a long-term career in EA, business partnering, people operations or corporate support.About the RoleWorking closely with the HR Director and HR Leadership Team, you will provide high-quality executive and coordination support while helping ensure the HR function operates efficiently and effectively.This is a varied role where you will have the opportunity to build your professional skills, work with senior stakeholders and gain practical exposure to a broad range of HR activities.Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive Support to the HR DirectorManage the HR Director's complex and dynamic calendar, proactively resolving scheduling conflicts and prioritising competing demandsCoordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reportingPrepare, format, and proofread correspondence, presentations, reports, and board papersAct as the first point of contact for the HR Director, screening and triaging enquiries with professionalism and discretionCoordinate and prepare materials for leadership meetings, town halls,
