The OpportunityJoin a leading organisation in a role that will strengthen your legal career.Duration: 3 monthsArrangement: Full time (hybrid)Location: BrisbaneAbout YouYou are an experienced employment lawyer with a minimum of 5 years' experience, bringing a solid track record from private practice or in-house roles within large organisations.Your Experience and ExpertiseStrong commercial law experience gained within a government legal team, in-house environment or private practiceExperience providing commercial and contractual advice across a broad range of legal mattersDemonstrated expertise in procurement, governance and contract management mattersExperience advising on infrastructure, project delivery and operational legal issuesStrong drafting, review and negotiation skills across contracts, deeds, licences, memoranda of understanding and other commercial agreementsAbility to provide practical, solutions-focused legal advice that supports business and operational objectivesExperience identifying, assessing and managing legal, commercial and governance risksExperience supporting major projects and providing legal input on priority or time-critical mattersAbility to quickly understand unfamiliar legal and commercial subject matter and provide effective adviceExperience managing external legal service providers and coordinating legal support arrangementsProven ability to manage a diverse portfolio of matters with competing priorities and deadlinesExperience engaging directly with senior stakeholders and providing strategic legal guidanceExcellent written communication skills, including preparing legal advice, briefing notes,
