Enjoying some of the world's best food, wine and produce remains a hallmark of the firm.About the RoleAs an Associate, you will assist with transaction execution and support, gaining exposure to all facets of corporate finance mandates, including Mergers & Acquisitions, Initial Public Offerings, Equity Capital Markets and Advisory.
The role will include research, drafting marketing documents and presentations, financial modelling and valuations, oversight of due diligence and negotiating transaction documents.
You will also develop analysts and assist senior team members in maintaining client relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesPreparing marketing materials and client presentationsConduct comprehensive financial analysis and modellingConduct research, including industry analysis,



identification of potential buyers and assessment of legal, structuring and financial issuesManage the due diligence process including data rooms and Q&AReviewing; and assisting in the preparation of transaction documents including sale and purchase agreements, merger implementation deeds, bidder/target statements, explanatory memorandums, prospectuses and investor presentationsLiaise with clients and other advisors including lawyers, accountants, brokers and industry expertsWhat We're Looking ForAn intellectually curious mindset with a robust interest in corporate finance and investmentProactive attitude with an ability to work and learn autonomouslyA strong academic background with a degree in finance, accounting and/or economicsExperience in investment banking, corporate finance, or related fields, with a proven track record of involvement in successful execution of complex transactionsStrong financial modelling, accounting and corporate finance skills with a detailed understanding of different valuation methodologies and principlesExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to liaise with clients and other advisors independently and efficientlyStrong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple transactions and priorities simultaneouslyExperience using AI and a willingness to embed AI within daily workflowsA keen interest in food, wine and agriculture
