We are seeking an experienced Workshop Supervisor to lead our Helidon depot workshop operations.
This role will be responsible for coordinating fleet maintenance activities, supporting our workshop team and ensuring safe, efficient and reliable outcomes for our transport operations.What You'll Be DoingAllocate and oversee workshop jobsPrioritise repairs to minimise fleet downtimeSupervise staff and ensure quality workmanshipEnsure accurate job cards and documentationMaintain OH&S; compliance and protected work practicesMonitor workshop condition, equipment, and securitySupport and lead workshop staffSkills and Experience:Trade-qualified Heavy Diesel Mechanic with supervisory experienceStrong leadership and workshop management skillsHigh attention to detail with compliance and paperworkGood communication and organisation skillsAbility to read work orders and parts informationHR licence (essential)Forklift licence (preferred)Experience with Cummins Insite or Mack systems (advantage)What's in it for you?
