With a focus on operational excellence, they are seeking a capable and driven professional to support both surface and underground activities while ensuring compliance with site standards, operational requirements, and project deliverables.What You Will Be DoingYou will be responsible for coordinating surface activities that support underground mining operations, ensuring maintenance, project, environmental, and operational requirements are delivered safely and effectively.The successful candidate will be responsible for:Coordinating daily surface operations and associated project activitiesManaging and overseeing surface maintenance, infrastructure, and capital works projectsSupporting underground operations through effective planning and coordinationExecuting environmental maintenance and compliance-related work programsCoordinating contractors and internal stakeholders to achieve project outcomesMonitoring project schedules, budgets, and deliverablesProviding technical and operational support across surface and underground functionsMaintaining compliance with site safety, environmental,



and operational standardsContributing to continuous improvement initiatives and operational effectivenessInfluencing operational outcomes and driving operational performance improvementsWhat You Will NeedPrevious experience in mining operations, project coordination, maintenance coordination, technical services, engineering support, or supervisory rolesStrong understanding of surface and/or underground coal mining operationsExperience coordinating maintenance, infrastructure, environmental, or capital project activitiesDemonstrated ability to influence operational outcomes and manage multiple stakeholdersStrong background in safety, compliance, and operational requirements within mining environmentsStrong planning, communication, and organisational skillsHighly RegardedCandidates currently completing OCE competencies or trainingPrevious experience working within BMA systems and processesUnderground mining experience and competenciesEngineering, technical, maintenance, or operational backgroundExperience coordinating environmental maintenance programsExperience as a Surface Coordinator, Mining Supervisor, Technical Specialist, Project Coordinator, Maintenance Coordinator, or Mining EngineerWhat's in It for You?
