Responsibilities include conducting risk assessments, assisting with HSE incident investigations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and overseeing safety training programs.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with leaders to drive accountability, ownership and engagement in health, safety and environmental outcomes across the siteProvide expert HSE guidance, coaching and mentoring to build capability and promote best practice across teamsLead risk management activities, incident investigations and corrective actions to minimise risk and improve performanceMonitor and support compliance with WHS legislation, environmental requirements and company standards, identifying opportunities for improvementFacilitate audits, inspections and governance activities while ensuring HSE plans and initiatives remain on track and deliver expected outcomesDrive continuous improvement through effective communication,
