Zaliya Boutique is a fast-growing Australian fast-fashion brand, and we're looking for a dedicated, driven and highly organised E-Commerce Manager to join our team full-time at our Southport location.This is a hands-on and varied role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced fashion environment.
You'll work closely and in conjunction with the Director of the company, playing a key role in the day-to-day operations, growth and direction of Zaliya Boutique.You'll be involved across all areas of the business — from inventory, buying and warehouse management through to product launches, campaign shoots, content creation and digital marketing.
We're looking for someone who takes initiative, works quickly, has a strong eye for fashion and detail, and is excited to grow alongside the brand.Zaliya Boutique | Southport, Gold CoastTHE ROLEWorking closely with the Director, your responsibilities will include:Day-to-day e-commerce and warehouse managementManaging and supporting warehouse and staffInventory management and maintaining accurate stock levelsReceiving, checking and processing inbound stockManaging inbound and outbound orders and stock movementsQuality controlUploading and managing products and inventory onlineUploading new arrivals following photoshoots and preparing products for launchStock ordering,



replenishment and supplier coordinationAssisting with buying and product selectionAssisting with garment design and product developmentCoordinating new arrivals from delivery through to online launchPick and packing customer orders when requiredCustomer care when requiredAttending and assisting with Zaliya campaign and content shootsAssisting with the planning, preparation and execution of campaigns and photoshootsHelping coordinate garments, styling, content requirements and shot lists for campaignsCreating and shooting social media and website contentProduct and lifestyle photographyAssisting with marketing campaigns, launches and promotional activityCreating graphics and digital marketing assetsGeneral e-commerce administration and problem-solvingWorking directly with the Director to implement new ideas, improve processes and support the continued growth of the businessDIGITAL MARKETING EXPERIENCE - HIGHLY REGARDEDExperience with any of the following would be a major advantage:Meta/Facebook & Instagram AdsGoogle AdsTikTok AdsKlaviyo EDM and automated flowsCanva / Adobe or other graphic design softwareShopifySocial media content creationPhotography and video editingABOUT YOUTo be considered for this role, you will have a minimum of 3 years' experience within e-commerce, digital marketing or a closely related field.We're looking for someone who is:Driven, reliable and highly organisedExperienced,
