The Tops Conference Centre is looking for enthusiastic Outdoor Activity Guides to join our growing team.
We are seeking passionate Outdoor Activity Guides to join our close-knit team to lead and supervise a range of outdoor based programs catering predominately to school aged participants.
Several casual positions are currently available, with opportunity for fixed term contracted employment in the future.

The Essentials
Qualified with a minimum of a Certificate III in Outdoor Leadership (SIS*****) or equivalent, or a commitment to obtain one.
(NB.
Wesley Vocational Institute, in partnerships with The Tops,
delivers a Certificate III in Outdoor Leadership (SIS*****) with 2 intakes annually).
Available to work across 7 days a week
Hold a current First Aid Certificate (preferable)
Hold a valid Working with Children's Check
Eager to engage participants with program outcomes.
Have a learning mindset and be a strong communicator.
Have a commitment to safety.
Have an adaptable, encouraging, positive personality
