WS Remedial Group | Brisbane, QLD | Full-TimeAbout the RoleWS Remedial Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee a range of remedial construction projects from planning through to completion.Based in Brisbane, you will coordinate site teams, subcontractors, suppliers and clients while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to a high standard.
Some travel may be required depending on project locations and business needs.Key ResponsibilitiesManage remedial construction projects from handover through to completionDevelop and maintain project programs, budgets and cost forecastsCoordinate supervisors, technicians, subcontractors and suppliersReview project scopes, contracts, specifications and construction documentationManage procurement, variations, progress claims and project reportingMaintain strong communication with clients, consultants and internal stakeholdersConduct site inspections and monitor workmanship and project progressIdentify and manage project risks, delays and commercial issuesEnsure compliance with WHS requirements, SWMS and company proceduresMaintain accurate project records within company systemsSupport the successful handover and close-out of completed projectsTravel to project locations when requiredAbout YouTo succeed in this position, you will ideally have:Previous Project Management experience within the construction industryExperience in remedial construction, waterproofing,
