We're looking for an experienced Customer Service Officer to join a friendly and supportive team based in Dingley.

What you'll be doing:
Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
Managing customer enquiries via phone and email
Liaising with sales, production, warehouse and transport teams to ensure orders are delivered on time




Preparing invoices and credit notes
Checking orders for accuracy and resolving any discrepancies
Generating daily reports and maintaining customer records
Providing general administration support and helping the wider team when needed
What we're looking for:
Previous experience in a customer service role where order processing has been a key part of your day
Strong attention to detail and confidence working with data and systems
Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for helping customers
Someone who enjoys juggling multiple priorities while staying calm under pressure
Solid Microsoft Office skills and the ability to pick up new systems quickly
A proactive team player who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves
