At Thomsons, we are looking for candidates who are client focused, commercially minded, and who work well in a team environment.The roleWe are seeking to appoint a service-focused and motivated Technology Trainer to join our Sydney office on a full-time or part-time basis.
This role will form a critical part of our corporate services team and will include:Providing instructor led face‐to‐face training to individuals and larger groups including workshops, webinars, lunch-and-learn sessions both in person and via video conferenceDeliver hands‐on training programs for in-house AI tools, equipping staff across technical and non-technical teams with the skills and confidence to integrate them into daily workflowsProvide ongoing user support, troubleshooting, and guidance in AI tools, acting as a liaison between end users and the development team to surface issues, gather feedbackAssist in developing training materials, quick-reference guides, and documentation tailored to varying proficiency levels, ensuring consistent adoption and effective use of internal AI toolsThis role would ideally suit a pro‐active candidate with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with knowledge of AI tools, learning management systems, legal research platforms and document automation tools.
