Respect Coates is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator for a part time role (24 hours per week), three 8-hour days, with days negotiable to suit the right candidate. You’ll be hands-on, coordinating maintenance across buildings and grounds to keep residents, visitors and staff protected and comfortable.
Working with the General Manager, you’ll manage preventative and reactive maintenance, oversee contractors and maintain asset records in a responsive, friendly aged care setting.
