Inspiring and mentoring our enquiry based curriculum.Key ResponsibilitiesMentor and guide educators in curriculum design, pedagogical documentation, and reflective practice using the EYLF & NQS.Support our large team across their training needs, including setting goals.Bring a creative flare to leadership, being hands on and active in our environments.Research and inspire quality improvementWork closely with our pedagogical leaderRequirements & QualificationsDiploma or Bachelor Degree in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved).
Proven experience in an Educational Leader.In-depth understanding of the EYLF, NQS, and Queensland childcare regulations.Outstanding leadership,
