We are currently seeking a skilled and safety-focused High Voltage Electrician to join our team and contribute to the ongoing success of our site operations.What You'll DoReporting to the relevant site PCEW and working within the Site Services Maintenance team, you will support site operations by delivering high-quality maintenance, testing, commissioning, installation and fault-finding services on critical electrical assets.
This hands-on role will involve work across high voltage systems, protection systems, transformers, switchgear, earthing systems, motors and associated electrical infrastructure, supporting day-to-day maintenance and project-based works including new installations,



asset replacements and upgrades.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform maintenance, testing, commissioning, installation and troubleshooting of high voltage electrical equipmentTest and maintain protection systems, transformers, switchgear and earthing systemsCarry out transformer oil sampling and support condition monitoring activities in line with site requirementsConduct inspections and monitoring of HV/LV metering and electrical safety equipment within switchyards, substations and site electrical areasConduct routine maintenance and inspections on electrical systems, motors and site equipmentTroubleshoot and repair electrical faults as they ariseAssist with installation of new electrical infrastructure, asset replacements and upgradesPrepare and maintain detailed testing, commissioning, service, maintenance and repair recordsIdentify operational requirements and provide technical advice and support to the wider maintenance teamParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives and support business process developmentMaintain testing equipment and ensure compliance with relevant safety, quality, electrical and mining standardsWork at a variety of site areas.What We Are Looking ForWe are looking for reliable, hardworking individuals who work well in a team, take pride in their work,
