About the Role As a Civil Engineer, you will play an important role in delivering projects across a variety of sectors.
Working closely with senior engineers and the General Manager, you will contribute to project planning, design, documentation, and delivery while supporting project visibility and coordination.
Key responsibilities include: Preparing civil engineering designs, drawings, and technical documentationDeveloping engineering reports and construction documentationAssisting with development applications and approvalsSupporting project management and coordination activitiesLiaising with clients, councils, contractors, and key stakeholdersMonitoring project progress and assisting with issue resolutionManaging multiple priorities while ensuring high-quality project outcomesContributing across projects from initial concept through to completion To be successful in this role, you will have: Essential Requirements Degree qualification in Civil EngineeringExperience working as a Civil Engineer within a consulting environmentStrong civil design capability and technical understandingProficiency using AutoCAD and 12dExcellent time management and organisational skillsAbility to prioritise workload and meet project deadlinesStrong written and verbal communication skillsConfidence working with clients and stakeholders Desirable Skills & Experience Exposure to project management or design management responsibilitiesExperience using Drains, MUSIC, or HEC-RAS softwareApproximately 3+ years of consulting experienceMembership of relevant industry associations or progress towards professional accreditation This role will suit someone who takes ownership of their work, enjoys problem-solving, pays close attention to detail, and thrives in a fast-paced consulting environment.
